The leading engineering group Babcock, together with its joint venture partner UGL, has been awarded a further five year agreement worth around £115m to provide maintenance support services for the Australian Navy. The agreement, which is due to start this month, will see the joint venture deliver engineering services so sustain eight frigates. We continue to believe that shares in the company are GOOD VALUE.
