The group has announced that it has expanded its European operations buying the Czech based FLTC (Europe) for some £0.9m in cash. FLTC is an automotive design company focused solely on automotive LED lighting design. The company has been a major supplier to Carclo subsidiary Wipac for three years and the acquisition is a solid strategic move. The shares remain a LONG TERM BUY.
