NetPlay TV has announced a recommended cash offer of 9p per share from Betsson AB. We are disappointed by the value of the offer, which is only pitched at a modest premium to the recent share price, but nevertheless it does provide an exit and there are some other interesting opportunities at the moment so any proceeds can be put to good use. The offer has the support of the directors and some major shareholders and looks almost certain to complete. AWAIT DEVELOPMENTS.
