27 September 2016 – trading update
The travel group has issued a trading update as it approaches its year end of 30 September confirming that trading is in line with expectations. The summer of 2016 saw strong demand for most destinations except Turkey whilst 2016/17 winter bookings are in line with last year. Bookings for summer 2017 have been encouraging with these being ahead across all markets with Continental Europe and Northern Europe being particularly strong. With full year results due on 23 November we maintain our recommendation of BUY.
