The IT services group has announced that it has acquired Calyx Managed Services, a company involved in the same business, for £12m in cash. It is thought that Calyx’s portfolio of services and its range of customers are an excellent strategic addition for Redcentric and will provide cross-selling opportunities. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing immediately and we maintain our recommendation of FIRM HOLD.
