The group has announced the acquisition of The Taxi Centre Limited and Easy Vehicle Finance Limited (together The Taxi Centre), which are specialist brokers of vehicles to the private taxi sector. The business is based in Paisley, Scotland and is costing £0.7m and the acquisition should be earnings enhancing in its first full year of ownership. The shares remain a BUY.
