The group has added to its brand portfolio following the purchase of the manual machine tools business of Kondia from administrators in Spain. Kondia was formerly Spain’s largest manufacturer of milling machines. The acquisition has cost €50,000, but apart from the name of the business 600 Group has also acquired an inventory of spare parts worth more than the cost of the acquisition. This is an excellent acquisition with revenues expected to be generated immediately from the supply of spare parts, whilst the group will also begin to produce a popular Kondia milling machine. Although the group has found life difficult over recent months this is a more positive sign and she shares are a BUY FOR RECOVERY.
