The sleep wellness brand has revealed that Mike Lloyd, who is COO of McCarthy & Stone, will be appointed as Chairman at the forthcoming AGM on 26 May. Perhaps of significance, Lloyd has spoken of the "positive inflection point" the company is at and referring to "profitable growth" ahead. Forecasts were upgraded more than once in 2020 and numbers pencilled in for the current year look beatable. There may well be an upbeat note to any update at the AGM.
